History
Azienda Agricola Guella owned by Guella brothers is located in the Sosio Valley, topped by Giuliana, a beautiful medieval village, and the Castle of Frederick II.
Their maternal grandfather planted the first citrus orchard in the sixties in addition to pre-existing olive grove, continuing a tradition started more than a hundred years ago
The Company
With the passing of the torch to grandchildren, the company continued to develop up to the current sixty acres, producing citrus fruits (lemons, Washington Navel and Vaniglia oranges), table olives (cultivar Giarraffa, typical of the Giuliana area) and extra-virgin oil (Nocellara and Biancolilla) in the name of quality that has always characterized our farming practice. Indeed, our olives harvested in the morning are pressed the same evening using cold extraction to respect the organoleptic properties.
By 2021 thirty acres of citrus fruits and olive groves will be planted with the aim of increasing the production and, through our specialties, spreading love for our land and the culture of good nutrition and healthy lifestyle.
